2025年8月22日から本日（8月28日）までの間、『Pitten ZOO』と『Pitten TRAVEL』における多くの動画再生機能に不具合が発生しておりました。ご迷惑をおかけして、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
現在、全機能は普及しております。今度とも『Pitten』をよろしくお願いいたします。

Between August 22 and August 28, an issue occurred in which videos could not be played in certain environments. The cause was a misconfiguration in the video delivery system. The issue was resolved on August 28 at 2:30 PM, and videos can now be played normally.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our users.
To prevent similar issues in the future, we will strengthen our system monitoring and verification processes.
